Design & Artwork Preparation Fee

Payment is required before any design work begins.

This fee covers the time spent preparing your artwork for engraving: reviewing the supplied files, planning the layout, cleaning or converting the artwork where required, and creating a digital proof for approval.

Choose the level that matches your request

• Simple Design Setup — ₹499: name, initials, short text, or a ready-to-use logo; one placement proof and one minor revision.
• Custom Artwork Preparation — ₹999: artwork cleanup, layout composition, or vector preparation; one proof and up to two minor revisions.
• Detailed Photo / Portrait Preparation — ₹1,499: detailed image cleanup and engraving-ready portrait or illustration preparation; one proof and up to two minor revisions.

Important

• The design fee is non-refundable once work has started.
• The fee pays for design and preparation time and is separate from the engraving charge.
• The physical item, engraving, return shipping, and any special handling are charged separately.
• Additional concepts, major changes, or revisions beyond the included allowance will be quoted separately.
• Turnaround begins after payment and after all usable text, images, measurements, and placement instructions have been received.
• Engraving suitability and the final engraving price are confirmed after the object and artwork are reviewed.
