Terms of service
EngraveWala provides custom engraving and personalisation services primarily on customer-supplied items.
By placing an order with EngraveWala, you agree to provide accurate information about the item, requested engraving, spelling, artwork, placement and other instructions.
Before engraving begins, EngraveWala may request photographs, measurements or additional information to assess the item’s material, coating, condition and suitability.
Engraving is permanent. Work will begin only after the design, placement and other relevant details have been approved where an approval is required.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any names, logos, artwork, signatures, photographs or other content supplied for engraving.
EngraveWala reserves the right to decline any item or project where the material, coating, construction, safety, legality or suitability is uncertain.
Prices shown as “Starts at” represent base engraving charges. Final pricing may vary depending on artwork complexity, engraving area, material, item shape, additional placements, handling requirements or special preparation.
Customer-supplied items remain the property of the customer at all times.
EngraveWala will take reasonable care while handling customer-supplied items. However, certain materials and finishes can respond unpredictably to engraving. EngraveWala is not responsible for hidden defects, manufacturer faults, pre-existing damage or material reactions that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand.
By approving an engraving design or placement, the customer accepts responsibility for the approved spelling, wording, artwork and layout.
