How it works

From your object to something unmistakably yours.

You bring or send the object. We check whether it looks suitable, prepare the engraving, confirm the placement with you and only then make it permanent.

From object to finished engraving

Simple, careful, permanent.

Most jobs follow the same path. We check the object first, then the design, then your approval. Only after that do we engrave.

01

Show us the object

Send clear photos or bring the item in so we can assess material, coating, shape and engraving area.

02

Tell us the idea

Share the name, initials, message, date, handwriting, artwork or logo you want applied.

03

We check suitability

We confirm whether the object appears suitable and flag anything that could affect the result.

04

You approve

Placement, scale, spelling and artwork are confirmed before anything permanent happens.

05

We engrave & return

The approved personalisation is applied and your object is prepared for return or collection.

What we check first

The object comes before the engraving.

Customer-supplied objects can vary enormously. We inspect what we can before confirming a job.

Material

Surface & finish

We look at the base material, visible coatings, plating and finish because each can react differently.

Shape

Access & curvature

Flat surfaces are simpler. Curved, recessed or awkward areas may limit placement or size.

Condition

Existing wear

We note scratches, chips, dents and other visible marks before work begins.

Artwork

Line quality

Handwriting, logos and illustrations may need preparation so they engrave cleanly at the available size.

Placement

Safe engraving area

We check that the proposed area is accessible and suitable for the intended mark.

Outcome

Expected result

If the likely result is uncertain or we think the object may be damaged, we may decline the job.

Your approval matters

Check twice. Engrave once.

Engraving is permanent, so the approval stage is important. Before we proceed, you should carefully check spelling, dates, initials, artwork and placement.

Once you approve the final version, we work from that approved information.

Customer-supplied items

A little care protects something you already value.

Because you are trusting us with an object you already own, we document the item before work and ask you to confirm the personalisation carefully.

We may photograph the object at intake and note visible pre-existing marks.
You are responsible for checking final spelling, dates, names and artwork at approval.
Material or coating information supplied by you should be as accurate as possible.
We may decline an item if its material, construction or surface cannot be assessed confidently.
Final appearance can vary with material, coating, texture and prior wear.
Starting on WhatsApp

Send us the useful bits first.

The fastest way to get a useful answer is to send enough information for us to understand both the object and the engraving idea.

1. Clear photos of the whole object
2. Close-up of the area you want engraved
3. What you want engraved
4. Approximate size or placement preference
5. Material or brand/model information, if known
